STORY OF THIS CARD
To end the conflicts on the ground, the girl’ s choice was to climb to the top of the tower beneath the aurora and face the faceless god. Her intention was to kill Death itself. If the war is meaningless, perhaps no one would ever need to sacrifice again. She determined to slay a god.
Some say that Death is the Law, some say it is a thousand-faced monster, and others say it is Time itself. When it was torn apart, the boundary between life and death faded away.

UPRIGHT MEANING
The death represented by the Death can only be understood in a symbolic sense. In this card, two brave souls set out to end a great concept. It represents the end of one stage of life and the beginning of a new one. Trying to bring back what has already ended will only create trouble. It is better to embrace it, like a butterfly emerging from its cocoon.

You are resisting change or the ending of something. You are trapped in old habits and willings, but sometimes you need to let go: Leave the old behind and embrace the new, even if you do not like the situation.
